Eligio has been owner and President of Caplow Mechanical, Inc. since 1982. He is involved in all aspects of estimating and project management. Eligio has been in the mechanical construction industry for over 36 years and hold plumbing, heating and fire protection licenses in Connecticut. 

Michael Duffy
Vice President Caplow Mechanical

Michael Duffy has been Vice President of Caplow Mechanical, Inc. since 1986. Mike is involved in all aspects of estimating, project management and supervising the labor force. Mike has been in the mechanical construction industry for over 25 years and holds plumbing and fire protection licenses in Connecticut. Mike also supervises the Fire Sprinkler Division specializing in the use of Auto CAD with sprinkler design work.

Marina Markowski
Corporate Secretary & Office Manager

Marina has been with Caplow Mechanical, Inc. since 1989. Marina handles all aspects of the accounting department including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Job Costing. She holds a BA degree in Management and a Certificate in Accounting from Quinnipiac University.
